Once installation is complete, submit your incentive claim in the portal. Register as a participating contractor to begin. Approved claims will be credited to your Thermal Supply account.

Residential customers must have a valid Avista electric account.
Limit 2 heat pump outdoor systems per residence.
Limit 2 furnaces per residence.
Limit 2 heat pump water heaters per residence.
Limit 2 gas water heaters per residence.
Limit 2 gas boilers per residence.
PNW (Seattle City Light) HVAC & Water Heating — Eligibility Requirements
Residential customers must have a valid Seattle City Light electric account.
Limit 1 heat pump outdoor system per residence.
Limit 1 hybrid heat pump water heater per residence.
